Species: Magmiras

name: magmira (native plural: magmirawi)
home planet: nes'kaya (neɕkaja)
native biome: desert
avg. height: 1.3 - 1.5 meters
diet: plants, small prey
magmiras share a common ancestor with skorizas. they have two pairs of long ears, and horizontal pupils, like their relatives. they have one fused pawpad on each lower paw, and none on their front paws.
their short fur is partially modified into hard scales, and on some magmiras they even form spikes.
unlike their relatives, magmiras do not have sexes at all - any two individuals can reproduce (essentially, they're all gammas)
magmiras are far from the top of the food chain, though their intelligence tends to keep them safe from their natural predators.
